| Well, you have to do alot of promoting, you have to have a great personality and i also have to be able to trust you but i wont be having any staff right now, Lemme get to know yall a lil bit more.  And When we have alot more member's being staff get's harder, mushc harder, you have to deal with alot and stuff. so yeah. Hopefully that made sense to you guy's. | |

| Well, as i said, i gotta get to know you, see if you have the qualitie's to be staff, it may seem like really easy and really fun, but u have to like honestly commit yourself to it, Seriously i have just startd with this site and it's already a head ache, I mean there are fun part's. But yeah i dont think i need any staff until we have about 100 member's. Very Kind of you to help promote Kelcey. Thank you!  | |
